Registration for our patient portal is simple, with three easy steps!

Follow this three-step guide to create an account, complete with forms for personal details and email verification instructions. Each step highlights a blue "Activate Your Account" button, making it as easy as booking an appointment online.

Once you’ve activated the account:

Two-step process: Step 1 presents the login screen for account creation and an option to book an appointment. Step 2 displays the Terms and Conditions page, with a button to accept the terms after scrolling to the bottom.

I have not received the Activation email

This may take up to one day to receive based on the email carrier.

I clicked the “Activate your Account” but it goes nowhere

Please ensure your pop-up blocker is disabled. - If you click the link and nothing happens, try logging into the Portal Account as opposed to clicking “Forgot Password”.

I did not receive the Forgot Password Email

If the Patient Portal Account was not activated, a forgot password email will not be sent. Please be patient to receive the Activation Email.

Received an email that states “Already have an Account”?

- Try logging in using the original email. - If you still cannot obtain your password, patients will have to wait until the clinic is operational to reset this.

I cannot create a Patient Portal Account for my partner

Patients that share the same email can only create one Patient Portal Account - Please wait for the clinic to be operational on the new EMR system. When fully operational, the clinic can link the accounts together

I cannot create/link a Patient Portal Account for my children

Child accounts will be linked when the clinic is operational.
