- If you click the link and nothing happens, try logging into the Portal Account as opposed to clicking “Forgot Password”.
If the Patient Portal Account was not activated, a forgot password email will not be sent. Please be patient to receive the
Activation Email.
- Try logging in using the original email.
- If you still cannot obtain your password, patients will have to wait until the clinic is operational to reset this.
Patients that share the same email can only create one Patient Portal Account
- Please wait for the clinic to be operational on the new EMR system. When fully operational, the clinic can link the accounts together
Child accounts will be linked when the clinic is operational.
