Educational Background

Hello my name is Shummy Sangha, I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for over ten years. I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2011, During my career I have had the pleasure of working with numerous professional and amateur athletes in all sports. I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in both a health clinic and spa resort environment. I have the ability to alter my treatments to cater to the specific needs of my clients weather it is addressing a specific injury or an overall full body relaxation treatment.

Skills that I incorporate into my treatments include Deep Tissue Techniques, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Therapy, Joint Mobilizations and Hydrotherapy. My client’s needs are always of utmost importance to me
