Registration for our patient portal is simple, with three easy steps!

Follow this three-step guide to create an account, complete with forms for personal details and email verification instructions. Each step highlights a blue "Activate Your Account" button, making it as easy as booking an appointment online.

Can new patients book doctor appointments online at Manhas Health?

Online booking is currently available exclusively for our existing patients. Creating a portal account does not establish you as a patient of the clinic. If you are seeking a primary care provider, please register with the provincial waiting list.

I have not received the Activation email

This may take up to one day to receive based on the email carrier.

I clicked the “Activate your Account” but it goes nowhere

Please ensure your pop-up blocker is disabled. - If you click the link and nothing happens, try logging into the Portal Account as opposed to clicking “Forgot Password”.

I did not receive the Forgot Password Email

If the Patient Portal Account was not activated, a forgot password email will not be sent. Please be patient to receive the Activation Email.

Received an email that states “Already have an Account”?

Each patient should only have one portal account. If you experience any login issues or technical difficulties, please do not create a second account. Instead, contact us at moa.manhasmedical@gmail.com for support. Creating multiple accounts can cause issues with accessing your records, as the system only allows one portal account per patient profile.

I cannot create a Patient Portal Account for my partner

Patients that share the same email can only create one Patient Portal Account. To link family members under your account for easier access, please contact our office directly by phone or email for administrative assistance.

I cannot create/link a Patient Portal Account for my children

For patients aged 14 and older, the patient must sign a consent form if a parent wishes to have access to their medical chart. Without signed consent, a separate portal account must be created for the patient using a distinct email address.
